Hi,

I have done the following enhancements:

  1. Enhanced README.md and added some dependencies that you will need if starting from a fresh installations (AWS CDK and Docker installed)
  2. Added run dev figure
  3. Replaced hardcoded values with placeholders to make the template generic.
